Mastering the Soul. Walking not by Sight II.

What is the bible for? If we believe it is Yahweh’s word to man, the inspired word of Yah? Why do we not fully embrace it as the governing factor for all thoughts? Why has it been given to us?

It is written, man is made in the image and likeness of Yah. In Genesis we read, Yahweh created the heavens and the earth, and all things we see today are his handiwork. We, man, and woman, are made in his image and in his likeness, and we also create. But man dwells in spiritual ignorance, his thoughts have descended into darkness, (being separate from God) and the power within man to create, as Yahweh created, brings forth in error.

The Most High saw this when he said, “behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat and live forever…” his thought abruptly ends, yet, we see the horror and the destruction brought forth upon the earth by the darkened mind of man as evidence of that, which the Most High saw those thousands of years ago. But thanks be to Yah for the Holy Bible, which most see as a religious history book, but in essence it is a spiritual training manual for the development of our Souls.

Man stumbles in darkness, creating upon his flesh in error, sowing and reaping evil because his ways are dark, and he knows not who he is. Today, as in the garden, many rise to embrace the I, the ego mind, to the rejection of the God Mind, or the ways of God in control of thoughts within, and man continues to know good and evil. As they see others do, they covet and walk by sight, Judging and deciding all things in accordance of the flesh. Belief in error abounds.

Many will say, “I go to church, and I have my Jesus,” as if this belief saves them from error in thinking, or still being governed by a carnal mind. To them I say, consider the seven sons of Sceva, vagabond jews, exorcists, who took it upon themselves to call the name of Yahushua on one possessed by a demon. Now these seven men were called vagabonds jews, meaning scattered, wanderers in belief, with no true spiritual connection to Yah. Yes, as Jews, the laws of the Most High were given unto them, but as vagabonds, they mixed the ways of men, with the laws of Yah, and oil and water do not mix.

And to the one possessed, they said; “In the name of Yahushua/Jesus that Paul preached, come out.” And the demon within the possessed said, “Yahushua, I know, and Paul, I know, but who are you?” Then the man in whom the evil spirit was, leaped upon them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. Here you must understand, those who walk by sight, will always be leaped upon, overcomed, prevailed against, wounded and cast out naked, shown to be vagabonds, having no spiritual authority, and walking in darkness.

Can we not believe this to be true of these seven men? Did we read they had receive power from on High? Did we read, Yahweh wrought special miracles by their hands, as he did for Paul? What we know of these gentlemen they were called vagabonds, accepting a little of this belief, and a little of that belief, and stewing it all together to form a confused mess. Vagabonds, confused minded, having no spiritual authority, walking by sight.

The purpose of the bible is to show us the path to mastering the Soul. Yahushua then came to be the earthly demonstration of this path being the only path that leads to the redemption with the Heavenly Father. There are many different religions, proclaiming many different beliefs, yet to them the Master has spoken saying, “Wide is the path that leads to destruction, and many there be that go in thereat.”

He then went on to say, “Beware of false prophets that come to you in sheep clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” How many are led astray from the truth because they listen to those dressed in fine suits, or wear priest’s robes, who flash money preaching wealth as Godly gain. Beware, comes the Master’s voice again. These wolves seek to prey upon the spiritually weak, those having no sound spiritual strength, who walk by sight becoming easy pickings for those who flash money and material gains.

Consider John the Baptist, his raiment was camel’s-hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins. And he spoke to the people in the wilderness where all men dwell in a state of spiritual separation from the Father. His words being, “Prepare ye the way of Yehovah, make his paths straight.” The path to the Father is the remission of sin, not the covetousness of riches.

Beware, comes the Master’s voice again. Yet, many who walk by sight, continue to try to gather grapes from the worldly thorns, these wolves in sheep clothing disguise as spiritual teachings. Wounded and bleeding, they are set upon by the afflictions of life, continuously bombarded with “Yahushua, I know, Paul, I know, but who are you?” Naked, and confused they exist walking the wide path called destruction.

The Master has said, “Cast all your cares and worries on me, and I will give you rest.” His teachings point the way to mastering the soul. His life the earthly demonstration of his words being true. Beginning with his temptation in the wilderness, he teaches, “Man cannot live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out from the mouth of Yah.”

Up into the high mountain he leadeth us, teaching us about the kingdom of God. His words, like a lighthouse beacon shining out to sea, leading all those who have lost their way, back to shore. “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal.” But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through and steal.

The mastering of the soul is a spiritual ascension with daily meditation on God’s word. This is the laying up for yourselves treasures in heaven, re-affirming the word which is sharper than any  two-edge sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of Soul and spirit.

Are you moved by this pastor’s possessions, or that pastor’s material gain, and see not that you are being led by their teachings to covet treasures on earth. Again, I say, consider John the Baptist. He who wore camel’s-hair and a leathern girdle for covering, and of him Yahushua has said, “Of all those born of women, there is none greater than John the baptist.” These pastors who confound many to walk by sight, coveting the world, foolishly they lead many astray. With all their riches they still rank far behind John the baptist.

The mastering of the soul is one of repentance and doing the word as taught by Yahushua, not just believing unto his existence. Clearly the Master has said; “Therefore, whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.” And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

The mastering of the soul is the seeking first the Kingdom of God, it is not the seeking of Mammon disguised as spiritual teachings. It is the ascension of all thoughts upward, as in Jacob’s ladder, where angels ascending and descending represents communication with the Most High. It is the sacrifice of the I, mind, to lift up the Christ Mind, or the Mind of the Messiah to be born within, guiding you to the, I and the Father are one, redemption.

It is my little children, the narrow path for the Mastering of the Soul that leads unto life everlasting.
