Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
There is a wide path that many walk that leads to utter destruction, and many who walk this path unknowingly will make this discovery when the time to make a change is no more.
Mat 13:42 …cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Who are these many the Master Yahushua is referring to? How did they come to walk a path towards destruction believing they were doing good? How were they so wickedly deceived?
…depart from me, you workers of iniquity, for I never knew you!
Were they not doing what they perceived as good in the Lord’s name? Yet, the Master of truth calls them workers of iniquity. It is his voice that condemns their good behavior. He who is the only begotten of our Heavenly Father. He who himself went about healing the sick, casting out demons, and raising the dead. We are in the midst of a quandary you could say. Yet, he who is the creator of all, the Almighty YAH has spoken…
Psa 68:4 Sing unto Elohim, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name YAH, and rejoice before him.
He has said, “This is my beloved Son, hear him.”
So we listen to the Master Yahushua’s teachings, and we pray for understanding to his sayings; less we hear him say…
…depart from me, you workers of iniquity, for I never knew you.
Who are these workers of iniquity, for they are many? And their teachings, and their ways have themselves, and those who seek to do after their ways descending towards a fiery pit.
For this understanding we need only to let the one called the Savior of the world to give us the wisdom to discern the truth to who these many are? And this he has done with subtle disclosure within his parables of the Kingdom of Heaven. Hear ye him.
The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
Mat 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Mat 13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
Mat 13:27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
Mat 13:28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
Mat 13:29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Mat 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
In the midst of the Kingdom of Heaven tares have sprung up planted by the enemy of the Most High to have MANY fall into perdition. And because many have not been filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost, they fall prey to the wicked deception taught to them. And these are they walking along the path to destruction, because they embrace the teachings of false teachers. Has not Yahushua, the Savior of the world spoken, and warned us of this dire time? Hear ye him.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
So these workers of iniquity, who are many, are called tares by the Savior. Those who have a semblance of wheat (Truth) but speak deception and lies, working all forms of iniquity. So the question must be asked, how does one follow such a person that they blindly walk this path that leads to utter destruction? Doing that which they believe to be good, but only spreading all forms of iniquity never coming to an understanding of truth. For the truth is evident, and glaring, if only the many had eyes to see, and ears to hear.
Is it not the purpose of the enemy, to deceive? And the wide path is filled with deceptions and lies, that promote the ego, giving rise to image worship, and false praise. That those who are called the workers of iniquity walk like lambs poisoning the minds of the many who sit in darkness (spiritual ignorance) comfortable, becoming easy prey to these workers of iniquity to their own demise. Yes, by the means of deception, many walk in spiritual darkness to utter destruction.
Mat 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
Who has eyes to see, and ears to hear? Who is awake? This path, what is it called, for it has a name. It is called the path of religion born of the ways of man. To them that follow this path the Savior has said;
Mat 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
The Kingdom of Heaven represents the realm in which the word of YAH (God) rules. These religious leaders, the scribes, the pharisees, taught not the word of Yah, but the ways of men. Therefore, access to the Kingdom of Heaven is SHUT OFF by their TEACHINGS unto those that embrace their deception. And these religious hypocrites become a hinderance to those having some knowledge of the word, from entering in.
Woe unto you, scribes and pharisees, can be likened to saying, woe unto you catholics and baptists, etc,etc, hypocrites;
…for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.
Who has understanding? Who can tell the time of day? Who did the Master Yahushua argue with, and debate with throughout his three year ministry? Was it with those with visible sins, adulterers, publicans, or, drunkards? Was it with the Roman soldiers, or any gentile? No, he argued with those who also plotted to kill him; Religious men.
With this saying we are made to understand that those who teach from the wide path instructs those desiring how to live (receive everlasting life) as one speaking from the grave, and those who listen, know not that they are guided by the dead. How can the dead instruct the living, how to live?
